Like to fish? Tiverton Rod and Gun Club is adjacent to RI DEM's Tiverton Trout Pond. FIshing tournaments are scheduled each year.

The Fishing Committee has planned a "Kid's Only" trout fishing derby, tentatively scheduled for September 11, 2010. The Rhode Island DEM is a co-sponsor of the event, which will be open to the public as well as to the children of Club members.
